It is useful for finding out the background of many interesting and often neglected women authors. I liked it because we don't often hear a lot about women writers of this period. It was interesting to read about their lives.

This site includes a large amount of information about Canadian writers, novelists, poets, playwrites, essayists, organisations, magazines, publications, books, texts, and library archives. This site includes information on the Canadian children's book centre, a non-profit organisation dedicated to introducing children to books at an early age. It is useful for anybody who loves Canadian literature and wants to encourage children to read. I liked it because I think it is important to teach children to love reading at an early age.
4. http://www.web.net/owtoad/ The Margaret Atwood information page
The page was provided by Margaret Atwood herself, one of Canada's leading writers. It includes information on her life, recent speeches, books by her and books about her. It is useful to look up all of the information you need to know on this great writer. I liked it because she is my favorite Canadian writer.

1) Classical is cool
http://www.classicaliscool.com/
This site includes the latest happenings in classical live concerts, radio programs and stations, recordings, and multimedia. There are also contests to win CD's by answering skill testing questions, a concert finder, a free microsound plugin, a showcase of cool classical stuff, and a section which allows the user to try out conducting. I liked this site because it seemed so all encompassing. A classical music lover can easily find whatever information s/he needs here. I included it as a general site for the classical music lover to consult.
2) The American Classical Music Hall of Fame and Museum
http://www.queencity.com/classical/location.htm
A site dedicated to the American Classical Music Hall of Fame in Cincinatti. Find out about membership, the induction ceremony, it's location and facility, and financial information, or look up who's who in classical music. I liked it primarily for the information it provides. I have included this site for anyone who is interested in the museum itself, as well as it's interesting information regarding who is famous in the classical world.
3) Welcome to the World of Classical Music
A site specific to one particular music label, BMG, which includes information on the Red Seal catalogue, Catalyst, Deutshe Harmonia Mundi,Melodya.
