This is a poem for my great partner Liza
who if visited Florence would surely visit the tower of Pisa.
That is because she loves to go touring,
and it seems that museums to her are especially luring.
In Washington D.C. is where she lives and studies
but she always makes time to have fun with her buddies.
Liza is a brave one that we already know,
one can see that just from seeing her in the snow!
Skiing and snowboarding are her favorite sports,
and the rest of the year she does activities of all different sorts.
She goes camping, and hiking- the outdoor she loves,
an excting life she leads- oh yes she does!

Liza writes about Dalia
Dalia.....
who is a caring, friendly, sensitive persom and a mother of two sons and one daugther
Who loves to ski, to be with her family, getting together with her friends, and loves to eat lots of chocolate candies , pudding, cakes and candy bars. Who is afraid of airplane rides, being in a car accident, sleep alone when her husband is away Resident of Modiin in Israel
but she is originally from Montreal, Quebec, Canada .....Sand

Get your snowboard and skis polished up because you're going on a ski/snowboard tour!
You did mention that your favorite winter sports are skiing and snowboarding didn't you? Well no better time to go on this culture tour than now when the air is cool and crisp and the frost on the windows sends chills down your back.
We'll start off with a site called USDSSA. which stands for u.s.deaf ski and snowboard association
This is a great site for you to visit- you can try out for the 2003 winter deaf world games in Sweden!
And even if you're not that good and you have no intention of entering you can still visit and find out about upcoming ski and snowboard activities, resorts which offer discount lift tickets, and trips to popular winter resorts. So log on to find out the schedule of events at USDSSA.
The address is: http://www.usdssa.org

Wait! you can't enter the contest before brushing up on your snowboarding skills at http://www.boardtheworld.com! You'll probably want to master a couple of tricks before trying out right? Well here it is... The site that will send you flying through the snow with the coolest and most amazing tricks ever seen. The tricks are taught on line and demostrated with pictures. What can be better!
 Enjoy and be extremely careful!!!

Did you say you may need a new board? No problem. Log on to http://www.boardtopia.net which is an online store selling the latest equipment for your snowboarding needs starting from boots to bindings to helmets and even hats. Happy shopping Liza!

All this skiing and shopping must have exhausted you. I suggest you lay back, put your feet up and relax with a good magazine at http://www.theboarderline.com This magazine will definitely not bore you.
It has 2 corners of articles; technical help corner- answers to any technical question you have about your snowboard equipment and getting it ready for snow season can be found here. Beginner's corner which gives you tons of practical tips; like tips for having a good first day snowboarding. In addition you can also ask them questions and join their e-mailing list. You can also have your picture posted up and appear as the featured rider. You've got to visit this site. I think you'll really enjoy it!

Before we end this culture tour, there is one more place I'd like you to visit and that is http://skicentral.com If you plan on going on a ski trip (just for fun-no competition!) with family or friends this is a great site for you. It has every type of information you'll need for planning your trip including trip planning! lodging, snow reports, ski packages and access to hills nearest you. This is your main site for ski trip planning. Have fun!

I hope you've enjoyed this culture tour, Liza. If you have any questions just e-mail me and I'll be happy to answer them.
