Hebrew has a different alphabet than English.  This alphabet is called the 
alefbet.  Hebrew in Isreal is written without vowels.  There just isn’t any 
kind of languages out there that can be the same but this as 22 letters in 
the alphabet.  In that language they write those alphabet right to left.
